Terms of service

What we agree to do, what we don't, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Who we are

QuickNIE.com is operated by Quick NIE Solutions, registered in Spain, CIF / NIF 2181558, Alicante Province ("we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing our service you agree to these terms.

2. What QuickNIE is

QuickNIE is an independent private service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Spanish Government, the Policía Nacional, the Spanish Ministry of the Interior or any Spanish consulate. You are always free to make an NIE application yourself directly, and the government fee is the same either way.

3. What we provide

Depending on the plan you buy, we provide some or all of:

  • assessment of which application route applies to you
  • a document checklist
  • preparation of form EX-15 and Modelo 790 código 012
  • appointment searching and booking
  • document checking
  • coordination of representation by a third party in Spain
  • support by email and, on some plans, telephone

The specific inclusions are set out on the pricing page and confirmed in your order.

4. What we do not provide

  • We do not issue NIE numbers. Only the Spanish authorities do.
  • Except where the Express 48-hour guarantee applies (section 5), we do not guarantee appointment availability, appointment dates or processing times. These are controlled by the Spanish authorities.
  • We do not guarantee that any application will be approved.
  • We do not provide legal, tax or immigration advice. Where your situation needs that, we will tell you so.
  • We do not have privileged access to any government booking system.

5. The Express 48-hour guarantee

Where you purchase the Express package, we guarantee that your official NIE certificate will be obtained within 48 hours of us receiving a complete and valid application.

The guarantee applies only where all of the following are met:

  • the application is received during our business hours, Monday to Friday;
  • it is complete and valid, including a clear copy or photograph of a valid passport and all required information;
  • the application relates to Alicante Province.

The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by incomplete, incorrect or missing information or documentation provided by you, nor to any decision of the Spanish authorities on the application itself.

If we do not meet the guarantee for reasons within our control, we will refund the difference between the Express fee and our Standard fee. This is your exclusive remedy under the guarantee, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information, providing genuine documents, attending any appointment booked for you or ensuring your representative does, and paying government and third-party fees where they are payable by you. If information you give us is inaccurate and the application fails as a result, further work may be chargeable.

7. Fees

Our service fee is stated before you purchase and is payable in advance. Government fees and third-party costs, including notary fees, Apostille fees and sworn translation, are separate, are not paid to us unless expressly stated, and are your responsibility. We will identify the third-party costs likely to apply to your route before you purchase.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Where you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to begin work within that period, you may be charged for work already carried out.

If we cannot deliver the service you purchased, we refund the service fee for the portion not delivered.

We cannot refund government fees paid to the Spanish authorities, or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. We do not refund on the basis of a decision by the Spanish authorities, or a lack of appointment availability.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the service fee you paid us.

We are not liable for losses arising from the acts or decisions of the Spanish authorities, from appointment availability, or from delays outside our reasonable control.

10. Third parties

Where your route requires a representative, notary or translator, they act under their own terms and their own professional obligations. We coordinate with them; we do not control them.

11. Accuracy of information on this site

We make a genuine effort to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Spanish requirements, fees and procedures change, and individual offices apply them differently. Nothing on this site is a substitute for checking with the office you are applying to or taking professional advice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law Spain, and the courts of Alicante have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country.
