Why we show it this way
The most common complaint about NIE services isn't the price. It's finding out the price was incomplete — a low headline fee, then a notary bill, then an Apostille.
So we do it the other way round. Government fees and our service are both in the price shown. If an unavoidable third-party cost applies, we tell you before you pay.
What if it doesn't work out?
If we can't deliver what you paid for, we refund the service fee for that part. Government fees already paid can't be refunded. Full position in our terms.
No service can refund you because a Spanish office made a decision you didn't want. Be sceptical of anyone implying otherwise.
