Who we are
QuickNIE.com is operated by Quick NIE Solutions, registered in Spain, CIF / NIF 2181558, Alicante Province.We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything relating to your data, contact info@quicknie.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: the answers you give in the application form or contact form — your name, email address, phone number, nationality, why you need an NIE, where you are based and any notes you add.
- Application documents: if you go ahead, copies of documents needed for the application, which may include your passport and evidence of the reason for your application.
- Correspondence: emails and messages between us.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, and anonymous usage statistics if analytics are enabled.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and provide the service — performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
- To prepare and submit your application — performance of a contract.
- To keep records of what we did — our legitimate interest in managing the business and defending claims, and where applicable, legal obligation.
- To improve the website — our legitimate interest, using anonymous or aggregated data.
Passport data is identity information and is treated with particular care: it is used only to complete your application and is never used for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for:
- The Spanish authorities to whom your application is submitted
- Any representative, gestor or lawyer acting for you, where you have chosen that route
- Notaries and sworn translators, where your route requires them
- Our technology suppliers, email, hosting and secure file transfer, acting under contract on our instructions
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if you do not proceed.
If you become a customer, we keep your application record for as long as needed to provide the service, then for the period required for accounting and legal purposes, currently 1 year.
Copies of identity documents are deleted once they are no longer needed for your application.
Where your data is held
Your data is processed in Spain and the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside those areas, we require appropriate safeguards to be in place.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. Email info@quicknie.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at aepd.es, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Documents are transferred over encrypted connections and access within our team is limited to the people working on your application. No system is completely secure, but we do not ask for documents by unencrypted email, and neither should anyone else.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
