Jakie dane zbieramy

• Dane z zapytania: the answers you give in the application form or contact form — your name, email address, phone number, nationality, why you need an NIE, where you are based and any notes you add.
• Dokumenty do wniosku: if you go ahead, copies of documents needed for the application, which may include your passport and evidence of the reason for your application.
• Korespondencja: e-maile i wiadomości między nami.
• Dane techniczne: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, and anonymous usage statistics if analytics are enabled.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

Jak długo przechowujemy dane

Dane z zapytania przechowujemy do 12 miesięcy, jeśli nie dojdzie do realizacji.

If you become a customer, we keep your application record for as long as needed to provide the service, then for the period required for accounting and legal purposes, currently 1 rok.

Kopie dokumentów tożsamości usuwamy, gdy nie są już potrzebne do Twojego wniosku.

Gdzie przechowujemy dane

Your data is processed in Hiszpania and the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside those areas, we require appropriate safeguards to be in place.

Twoje prawa

The site is served over HTTPS. Documents are transferred over encrypted connections and access within our team is limited to the people working on your application. No system is completely secure, but we do not ask for documents by unencrypted email, and neither should anyone else.
