Welche Daten wir erheben

• Anfragedaten: the answers you give in the application form or contact form — your name, email address, phone number, nationality, why you need an NIE, where you are based and any notes you add.
• Antragsunterlagen: if you go ahead, copies of documents needed for the application, which may include your passport and evidence of the reason for your application.
• Korrespondenz: E-Mails und Nachrichten zwischen uns.
• Technische Daten: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, and anonymous usage statistics if analytics are enabled.

Passport data is identity information and is treated with particular care: it is used only to complete your application and is never used for marketing.

Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und geben sie nicht an Werbetreibende weiter.

Wie lange wir sie speichern

Anfragedaten werden bis zu 12 Monate gespeichert, wenn es nicht weitergeht.

If you become a customer, we keep your application record for as long as needed to provide the service, then for the period required for accounting and legal purposes, currently 1 Jahr.

Kopien von Ausweisdokumenten werden gelöscht, sobald sie für Ihren Antrag nicht mehr benötigt werden.

Wo Ihre Daten gespeichert werden

Your data is processed in Spanien and the European Economic Area. Where a supplier processes data outside those areas, we require appropriate safeguards to be in place.

Ihre Rechte

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at aepd.es, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Sicherheit

The site is served over HTTPS. Documents are transferred over encrypted connections and access within our team is limited to the people working on your application. No system is completely secure, but we do not ask for documents by unencrypted email, and neither should anyone else.
